Velo Amis is proud to administer the Enoch Lee Memorial Fund. This fund was set up in memory of Enoch Lee, a Newark, Delaware resident that had his life tragically cut short in a car accident. To learn more about Enoch, please take a look at this article written by The Review, the student-run newspaper for the University of Delaware.
Race #3 of the Trail Creek Series has primarily been the fundraiser for this fund. However, this year, the race has partnered with PledgeReg to raise more money. Check out the race here, and fundraise here.
To date, the Enoch Lee Memorial Fund has been used to create scholarships for students at the schools Enoch attended, Newark High School and the University of Delaware. It has also made donations to Aetna Hose Hook and Ladder in Newark, Delaware. We hope that this fund can only grow over the years so that we can continue to impact the world as Enoch would have.
